For online or phone orders, full payment is required before delivery is dispatched.
5. Delivery Terms
We offer same-day delivery within the Mombasa CBD for a flat rate of 100 KSh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of order placement. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Deliveries outside of the Mombasa CBD may incur additional charges and will be subject to availability. We will provide estimated delivery times, but these may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
6. Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they remain fresh during delivery. We take responsibility for the quality and freshness of the products until they are handed over to you or your authorized representative. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer liable for any changes in product condition.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting us directly. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted, especially if the order has already been prepared for delivery.
- Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been delivered unless the product was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
